All donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and used solely for charitable and social welfare initiatives undertaken by Vallamai Trust.

Donations made in India are eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (if applicable).

The Trust complies with the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) for foreign donations. (Mention your FCRA registration number here if applicable.)

The Trust uses a secure payment gateway to process donations.

3. Payment Gateway & Charges
Donors can donate via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or international cards (via Stripe, Razorpay, etc.).

Vallamai Trust is not responsible for any transaction failures, delays, or charges applied by your bank or card provider.

4. Use of Funds
Donations are allocated based on the most pressing needs and ongoing projects. Donors cannot specify how their contribution is used unless it is part of a designated program or appeal.

5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
