More than six decades ago, Mr. Duraisamy began a journey of compassion and service. With no formal organization or trust, he devoted his time and energy to uplifting those around him, driven purely by goodwill. His selfless work became a beacon of inspiration for many, planting the seeds for what would later grow into a larger movement.
Inspired by his father’s legacy, Mr. Udhaya Kumar carried forward the same spirit of service. He saw the need to channel these efforts into a structured form, and thus, our Trust was established—a continuation of kindness, built on values of equality, empathy, and empowerment.
Founded by Mr. Udhaya Kumar, our Trust stands as a commitment to making opportunities accessible to those who need them most. Under his leadership, the organization has expanded its work across education, nourishment, and empowerment initiatives, always keeping the focus on communities that are underserved.

A retired IAS officer with decades of experience in public service, Valliamai believes strongly in empowering rural students and creating inclusive opportunities for all. With a deep respect for equality, she works to ensure that even the physically challenged receive the same access and support as everyone else.
A philanthropist and entrepreneur at heart, Akshitha initiated the Trust’s food and meal distribution program. Her vision was clear—daily wage workers and their families deserve not just food, but nutritious food. Guided by her empathy and innovative thinking, she continues to expand the program’s reach and impact.
Motivated by her own struggles in accessing competitive exams during her youth, Umadevi joined the organization with the intention of helping students who face similar barriers today. She oversees administration, operations, and management, working alongside her husband, Mr. Stalin, who is a constant support to the mission. Her personal journey of resilience fuels her dedication to guiding others toward opportunities she once longed for.
A guiding light in the educational initiatives of the Trust, Annapoorni dedicates herself entirely to supporting students in their academic journeys. Whether through mentoring, resources, or personal encouragement, she ensures that learners not only dream but also thrive

Beyond real estate, Shri Uday Kumar has ventured into diverse fields, including organic farming through Vallamai Trust, which is FSSAI-certified and exports fresh-water prawns globally.
From the establishment of Duraiswamy Nagar, named in honor of Shri Udayakumar's father, to ventures like Akshadha Fortune and the Vallamai Trust, their legacy is one of creating spaces where families can thrive, communities can flourish, and nature can coexist with progress. The trust holds regular health camps, providing free medical check-ups, treatment, and medicines to improve healthcare access for underprivileged communities.
Over ₹35 lakh has been contributed towards educational expenses, empowering students and transforming lives through the gift of knowledge.
Vallamai Trust organizes workshops and training sessions to empower women and youth in rural areas, helping them gain vocational skills and work towards financial independence.
Breakfast and lunch are served every day to over 200 people, providing nourishment and helping to fight hunger with dignity.

With the goal of creating strong role models in law enforcement, Vallamai Trust offers comprehensive, free coaching for Sub-Inspector and Police Constable exams. This includes academic tutoring, physical fitness training, and personality development.
From spoken English and computer literacy to tailoring and interview skills, the Trust runs structured workshops that help women transition into the workforce with confidence. These upskilling sessions are entirely free, opening doors to employment for those who need it most.
Through fully funded scholarships, Vallamai Trust supports deserving children and first-generation learners through school and college. This includes tuition, books, uniforms, and transport, ensuring that no child is left behind due to poverty or circumstance.
